    • Certain items, such as opened or used products, are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@banlieue.co.in within the 5-day return window.
    • Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  4. Shipping for Returns:

    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds:
